Any shoestring budget pc recommendations?

I have a really low budget right now and would like to know if there's a pc I can get that would play League on lowest settings with a stable fps, doesn't even have to be too high fps, just stable enough is fine for me for now .
Later on I'll look into getting a better one but for now I just would like to know if anyone has a recommendation, mainly just for playing league of legends right now. Thanks in advance if anyone has any recommendations.

Add a graphics card like the GTX 1050 in future.
Spend a touch more and get a case that has decent build quality and isn't a hunk of plastic with poor airflow, as well as a better PSU.

Note the RAM in that is generic, and the case is pretty bad for airflow and build experience, swap them out for my list above minus the RX 460 if you're going GPU-less.
The 460 should let you max out League 60fps no problems.
