[SOLVED] Any way to improve the thermals on this laptop?

So I got the asus vivobook 15 with the ryzen 5 3500u . But its thermals are terrible . GPU on idle is at 60C. It throttles after barely 2 minutes of playing fifa 19 at 720p low with fps locked to 30(if its not locked it reaches almost 80) when it reaches 75C

This is what my internals look like. There is a single fan to the right of the picture . Is there any way to improve the thermal performance ? Even if not personally , can a technician connect the heatsink to the fan or something?

Not much can be done hardware wise maybe better paste for couple of degrees. Best bet is cooling pad or external ventilator that attaches to exhaust vent.
