So guys for the last few months I've been gradually upgrading my computer and peripherals
Right now i have:

  • LG 32 inches 180hz 1440p IPs monitor
  • Carbide Spec-01 (2 arctic bionix f140 intake and 3 arctic bionix f120 outake fans)
  • Coolermaster 850w 80plus gold - v2 modular
  • Asus prime x470 pro ( full bios updated)
  • Ryzen r7 5700x (oced to 5800x performance)
  • Arctic Freezer 34 Esports Duo
  • Gskill flare x 32gb ddr4 3200mhz cl 14 RAM
  • Sapphire nitro+ 6700 xt (2640mhz/2150vram) (Im gonna upgrade to a sapphire Pulse 7900 XT in the next few months and sell my 6700xt)
  • OS drive Kingston KC3000 1TB pcie 4 (its running at pcie 3.0 on my motherboard)
  • Secondary NVMe drive adata xpg 8200 pro 512gb for my secondary games (it runs on pcie 3.0 x2)
  • SATA SSD 860 evo (extra ssd)
  • 2 x Toshiba 6 tb HDDs (for my "work" files)
Moreover from what i know the 7900 xt gonna run full speed without performance loss with pcie 3.0 x16 So except for my nvme drives is there any reason to upgrade to a asus b550 strix f wifi ll ? ( Cooling wise i dont see any problem with my 5700x and vrms)

Also for casual use and gaming i dont think im gonna notice the difference of my nvmes from pcie 3.0 x4 which i have now to to pcie 4.0 x4 speeds if i ever upgrade to b550 motherboard or im thinking it wrong.?
Thanks in advance guys.

Looks good.

You are correct; ssd performance among types is remarkably similar.
Hard to detect without a synthetic benchmark.

These experts could not tell the difference:

Reading the current issues with amd 7000 series, I would be careful about overclocking unless you were an expert.

Love the case, but the 150mm cooler height will restrict your air cooler options.
I would look at a replacement with Noctua NH-D12L
Noctua deems the cooler entirely suitable for a 5800x:

Yea i also think just for NVME doesnt worth to upgrade , almost certainly with casual use i wouldnt notice any difference with my nvme even at pcie 4.0 speeds.

When i buy the 7900 xt i will probably just oc the vram and increase the power limit (my first oc was with my curent setup so im not very experienced with overclocking.)
Either way though with the 2x 8pin connectors oft the sapphire pulse 7900 xt im limited at the 375W.

Thanks for the Cpu recommendation but the Arctic Freezer 34 Esports Duo is a great cpu cooler one of the best actually at their price range and i believe and more than enough for my 5700x (even Oced at 120w)

Moreover the carbide case 01 have even though it have a 150mm official limit but my Arctic Freezer 34 Esports Duo was installed easily and its a 157mm cooler.
Actually i had read a review once and the reviewer had installed a Noctua NH-U12P which was a 158mm.
