Discussion Anyone else have such a poor experience with ASUS warranty service

I have stopped recommending their products, as well. I don't care how good their products are, if their CS is horrible, they are not worth my time.

I agree. As I said before, my next motherboard, regardless that most of my board purchases have historically been ASUS, with the exception of my Z170x-Gaming 5 (That I replaced, though nothing was wrong with it, with this Hero VIII board), I will likely either go Gigabyte or ASRock on my next board. Probably ASRock, as I don't like some of the things Gigabyte does in the BIOS options.
