anyone has problem installing spiderchip?

if i screw the board too tight it is not flat enough for the pins to
touch the motherboard. if i loosen the screw the pins will tough but
the chip moves around. the washer that came with the kit seems to be
too thin. should i use thicker washer? TIA

go find a screw that's a bit bigger
I've installed 1/2 dozen of those, and with a proper screw, it's a breeze
