Anyone have experience with ModDIY.com?

I know this might be a long shot, but if someone who has info could chime in....I just ordered some PSU cable combs from ModDIY and they responded right after I ordered to my email, they haven't sent me a shipping or tracking number yet. They said they would be that day or so. This was Tuesday, 2 days ago. They also won't respond to my emails now. Has everyone who used this site gotten a good experience? I'm worried since its in China and have never used it before.

Mixed bag. I wish I hadn't bought from them. I feel like I got hosed for sure. Fucking modDIY
