Question Anyone know a 1 part thermal glue that cures at room temperature that is pretty good?

I can't use heat cure thermal epoxy 2 part.

I need a 1 part thermal glue that cures at room temp, Google can't handle that many words in a sentence even with AI generating answers LOL

Just going to glue a small heat sink to a little ic, I forgot this ic or didn't think that it needed cooling at first but am now having some second thoughts.

It will be upside down or side ways most if not all of the time

What is that "little ic"?

If I understand your post correctly I would not use glue of any sort.

Is double-sided thermal tape viable?

Could be cut to size.

Another advantage being that thermal tape may be more easily undone or removed.

Google "double sided thermal tape".

Then revise the search criteria and wording as necessary to filter down to products that meet the stated requirements.

Just my thoughts on the matter.
