Wow that’s a new one, I’ve seen red pixels and I had a really old graphics card that kept shutting on and off and made every texture a million different colors. Vram failure can cause the red. If neither reinstalling a driver or if everything is plugged in fine I’d try and under clock the vram and gpu and see where that gets you.
