AOC 144Hz monitor

Guys i've bought AOC G2460P Montior but i can't change the settings to 144hz why?BTW I might be doing it wrong! so how to change the native referesh rate? for games?(to 144hz)

the G2460P is a 60hz variation, the 144hz is the G2460PG
