Picking first ever monitor with more than 60hz. Main usage will be gaming and these 2 options fit perfectly in my tight budget:

AOC 24G2SU/BK

BenQ Mobiuz EX240N

Which one should i pick? Prices are nearly same: aoc 240$ benq 248$

Sometimes looking at the raw specs can show you things. ASSUMING the info here is correct, the panels are similar, but the BenQ is slightly newer. It has a VA panel vs the TN panel I'm assuming the AOC has. What's better is it has newer HDMI 2.0 ports. These are still 1080 panels so you might not ever exceed the bandwidth that 1.4 provides. But for me it's nice knowing the 2.0 port should last longer than the 1.4. Is it worth the extra $8? Probably? At the end of the day they are rather similar so I doubt you'll notice too much difference.

according to store page both of them are same yeah. both have VA panels, 1080p resolution and 165hz refresh rate. The only difference is brand name and price. There is also one unit that caught my eye but i heard 1080p and 27 inch are bad mix: AOC 27G2SPAE/BK. Unlike other two this monitor has 27inch display and IPS panel but its most expensive from these 3 (258$) which one should i pick?

The panel type wasn't listed, so I assumed TN. This is another reason why sites like I linked aren't well liked. I thought it odd a TN panel was listed for a similar price as the VA panel, but they were different companies.

IPS is superior to VA, so that's why it's more expensive. I wouldn't say 1080 and 27" is a bad mix. Though at that size it should be bigger than 1080. Your dot pitch and/or pixel size would be worse than the 24" monitors you are considering. I ran some older 26" 1080 panels and I wouldn't say they looked bad, but not as sharp as the 24" panel I have now. Personally I'd double check the HDMI 2.0 spec and buy that.
