Motherboard: Aorus B450 Pro WiFi

After getting TPM enabled, and some other changes I don't remember, I got windows 11 to do it's initial install. When it tried to do it's first reboot, it wouldn't boot. Part of the problem might be that CSM is enabled, and it shouldn't be. I confirmed by loading a command prompt that the drive is formatted with GPT, so CSM should disable. But it won't disable; any time I try it reverts upon reboot.
I tried to update the BIOS using the instructions here, but it reports "Invalid BIOS Image" when I select the drive/file.
I reset the BIOS by pulling the battery, no change.

Am at F5, tried to go to F66d. I now see there are various requirements at some versions along the way. Would you suggest I start climbing up that ladder?
UEFI is required for W11 initial installation as well as enabled TPM (or because of it) Which Ryzen do you have? First series (1xxx) do not support TPM and so not compatible with W11.
If you have W11 ISO, you could also use Rufus to bypass W11 requirements and experiment with settings later.
