Question App starts and crashes

I start Vbet (a poker app) for Windows 10 to install, it updates, at the end of the updates bar it gets stuck and 3 seconds later it crashes. Then, when trying to double click the app again to start, it just never starts.

Reinstalled it, same issue. How can I go about this to fix this issue while waiting for support reply (which often is very slow and inaccurate)?

Are you running an AV program? Try disabling it temporarily and see if it will allow it to install. AV programs are prone to identifying software as false-positives and will nix the installers right out from under you.
