[SOLVED] Apple Account Frozen Email? Real or scam, from a real looking email

Hello! Thank y'all in advance! Anyway I've recently received an email saying my account is frozen blar blar blar, about updating my details etc, here's an image of the email

Well it obviously looks like a scam however the email address of the sender does seem legit, which makes me wonder, what are your thoughts on this? How do they manage to make it seem like it was sent by Apple?

Is your account working? More than likely not legit. Not heard of it. Sorry, I don't click on random links in messages.
