That German company would probably win any case against it. Apple needs to remember that they are American. They did not like being colonised, so Erope is similarly placed now. There is a raft of EU law which would spell doom to Apple trying to flex muscles this side of the pond.

As far as the UK is concerned their EULA would probably fall fould og the Unfair Contract Terms Act, 1977 and the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999. It does not stop there. Since the software is not being sold but "licensed" then that might constitute "hiring", for which Applw would need a credit licence under the Consumer Credit act 1974. And here may be a few other wrinkles missed.

So carry on making Hackintoshes. They may rule the roost in the US but not with US. They should stick to falling on heads.
