Hi, this is my first post. I tried looking at other posts with the same problems, but so far, I have not been able to find a solution that works for me. My computer is usually fine unless I try to play a game, in which case my screen immediately starts to turn off and on again (which I know is not a monitor issue) until finally the game crashes completely. It either closes itself, or I have to use Task Manager to close it. It also gives me a notification that says, for example, “Application Skyrim.exe has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware. Also, if I go into device manager and look at display adapters, and look at “Events,” it says, “Device PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_67DF&SUBSYS_22F91458&REV_E7\4&1c3d25bb&0&0019 requires further installation.” I’m not sure if this has anything to do with the problem because it says the same thing for my audio but that sounds great.
I have already tried normally reinstalling drivers, as well as using DDU to do so. I have also tried using DISM commands. I’m really not sure what else to try, so any help would be much appreciated.

Here are my specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon RX 580 4GB
RAM: 8GB
Motherboard: Gigabyte AB-B350 Gaming 3
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

quick question are you using a cloned tv or monitor?

you can try this

you need to download the drivers from the manufacturer website and install it. You follow step by step provided below

Uninstall and Re-install the graphic card driver. You can follow the below steps.
press Windows Key + R, enter devmgmt.msc.
choose the graphic driver.
select Properties, and click on Uninstall tab.
OK.
restart your computer.
right-click on the driver setup file and select properties.
click on the compatibility tab and check the box “Run this program in compatibility mode for” then choose Windows 7 operating system from the drop-down.
click Apply then click OK to save changes.
Restart your computer. After restart, you check if this error is resolved.
