Good Upgrade From a Z87 Sabertooth

I was wondering what was a good motherbard to upgrade to after using the Z87 sabertooth, i was thinking of the MSI x99 and using aa 1080, might also need a new power supply as well, pretty sure this is the one i have now so might need suggestions as well so it's compatible with GTX1080

Hello

I'm new to this forum and I was wondering what was a good motherboard to upgrade to after using the Z87 Sabertooth that has an i7-4770K @ 3.50GHz, 3501Mhz, 4 cores, 8 logical processors on it. My video card is a GeForce GTX 660. As Microsoft phases out their Window 10 64bit, they tell me that my motherboard is not compatible with their new windows 11.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
While I am not really willing to down grade my current CPU's performance, my budget is sort of a bit tight.
