Application unable to start correctly (0xc0000018)

Hello everyone, I have a problem here, I just installed Windows 10 on my Asus pc and now the Minecraft launcher won't run, it gives me an error message "Application unable to start correctly (0xc0000018)". I have no clue what went wrong, but it doesn't want to work. I would like some ideas, and I will only take restoring to an earlier date as a last resort.

This issue occurs for some users with Windows 10 when trying to launch Minecraft. One possible solution is to delete a certain registry key.

Type "regedit" in Start and select the first option that appears. Navigate to the key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\­Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Windo­­ws

Select the entry AppInit_DLLs and delete it. Restart your PC, and try launching Minecraft again.
