Question applications aren’t opening

So whenever i try to open up a game the game would open into a black screen, shortly after opening the game it crashes so i tried to open up my device manger and that would open then crash as well. when the applications crash there is no troubleshooting screen that pops up. Google chrome will open fine and run with no complaints,same with discord and task manager.

any games from steam, iracing, valorant and everytime it crashes it says windows will close the program and notifys me if there is a solution available but there has never been a available solution. Everything starting working fine last night and i was able to play again but this morning i’m running into the same issues as before

test with another outlet in the house?

thermaltake 750w 80plus gold i believe. it started working totally fine last night then this morning the same thing so i switched outlets and i am still seeing crashing when i load up a game
