Question Apps have blurred interface when not in use ?

Hello everyone,

Recently I've upgraded my PC and with the fresh Windows 10 installed, I've noticed that apps like WhatsApp or Deezer, etc become blurry when not interacting with them. They are on the screen but when not interacting with the buttons after few minutes they look very blurry. It's not a Display Scaling issue as that will affect all the apps not just some, and I've played with it and is still happening.

Please let me know what I'm doing wrong as I don't think this is a hardware issue.

Thanks for your reply Colif.
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to do anything by making any changes in those settings. Look at my WhatsApp while I was playing with the settings. This is horrible...
