APU for gaming?

I was hoping to upgrade my CPU which is currently a FX-6100. I was going to upgrade to a FX-6350 or a FX-8320 but i have read many things about the A10-5800k & A10-6800k and despite on paper seeming worse than some of the FX models. I primarily use my PC for gaming so which is best?

FX-6350 or a FX-8320 will be far better even paired with a used 5670 or 6670. Far better.

APU's Are basically intended for laptops and tablets they have low power consumption and very good graphical performance and therefore are the best choice for mobile platforms

to put it simply they are not the best choice for a gaming desktop upgrade ur cpu to Fx 8320 n ur gpu to either 7870ghz or 7950

unfortunately i don't have the money for a new graphics as well but thanks for your help. think i will get the FX
