Question Archer T4E not working

Hello everyone I just bought a used wifi card for my asus tuf b360m plus gaming motherboard. But for some reason it's not showing any signs of life. I have tried all of the pci slots (including the gpu slot) and installed the driver but it says it couldn't find the adapter, and there's no light in the back. Can anyone help?

Have you checked in device manager if there's an unknown network device ? maybe you simply didn't install the driver

Thanks for the answer Yes, I did install the driver and everything, but it keeps saying "Unable to find your adapter."

Update: I got the money back for the archer t4e and bought a t9e and it's working fine.
