Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

the pump fans of my ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 280 make this noise when near maximum speed
Can you perhaps include a video of the affected area? Can you remove the VRM cooler(the fan on the pump) and see if there's any debris or hair follicle hindering the fan's rotation?

How is the AIO's radiator mounted in the case? Make and model of the case?

Hello and thank you!
Can you remove the VRM cooler(the fan on the pump) and see if there's any debris or hair follicle hindering the fan's rotation?
Just checked and it's working fine, already stressed out to the max and sounds fine.
How is the AIO's radiator mounted in the case?
I just screwed it in place, as it came already set up, with the airflow from the inside to the outside
Make and model of the case?
CORSAIR 3000D RGB AIRFLOW
Can you perhaps include a video of the affected area?

The thing that I'm concerned about are;
1| That kind of sounds like there's an air bubble swirling in the pump chamber.
and
2| Why are the only fans that are rotating on your AIO?

You might want to do two more thing.
1| Roll up a sheet of A4 paper into a cylinder, then hold one end to your ear while the other end is used to probe for the source of the sound to be doubly sure.
and
2| You might want to also keep Arctic and your seller in on the issue in case you need to initiate an RMA.
