Arctic Silver 5 Questions

So I am going for my first build tomorrow and bought some arctic silver 5 coupled w/ a zalman 9700 to cool my Q6600 to the max! It is recommended to clean the heatsink and heatspreader with high purity isopropyl alcohol. First of all, what constitutes high purity alcohol? Also, would it be better to clean the heatsink with goof off then isopropyl alcohol or do you just need the alcohol?

Nothing less than 90% iso will do. Solvents like goof off "may" leave residue after drying that is bad. 90+% isopropyl dries with without leaving anything behind.
