I just wanted everyone to know aboutt he great results I got when I used this stuff! I read about Arctic Silver Thermal Grease in this forum but didn't think it would make that much of a difference.

I run and AMD T-Bird 1Ghz and before I put on the Arctic silver (I was using some other tyype of thermal grease) my CPU ran at about 45C. After I wiped the other crud off and put on the arctic silver it now runs at 35C!!! IT'S INCREDIBLE!!!

Anyway, thanks to the other guy who put a link to where you can get to capsules of teh stuff for $5 (including shipping. Here it is:

Is it a grease? i read on Arctic Silver site that their stuff is a glue.

All i can offer you is the truth. Nothing more.

you can get either the paste or the adhesive. One sticks, one doesn't. The adhesive if for things like video card HSF or HSF without clips to hold them to the processors.

You put that stuff only on the processor core right? Im thinkin of gettin some for o/cing my Tbird, that sounds like my current situation, so I hope I get as good of results as you did.
BTW, does anyone know if you can buy this stuff at any retail stores? Maybe a corner computer shop type place? Anyone ever seen some there?

Yes, just on the core and not too much, you don't want it running over the edges of the core too much.

No, I have never seen it at a retail store. I think that really sucks.

Confirmed! That's not the real stuff according to Nevin House, President of Arctic Silver LLC, in this post:

But it works for Pledge38 at a fraction of the cost. Maybe it is as good. I believe that overclocking should be done at minimum cost, otherwise just buy the real CPU.
