Hi!

Just an short question: Are Asus Aura RGB headers always digital? I read about something that those headers can be analog in some Asus motherboards. Does anyone know if RGB headers in Asus Rog Strix B450-F Gaming motherboard are digital or analog ones? I mean if I will able to control addressable LED stripes and fans using Aura Sync. Thanks in advance!

Page 1-17 of the manual shows motherboard uses 12v headers for RGB strips. These are not addressable.

You need 5v addressable RGB header on motherboard. These models cost more.

In Asus specifications you would see:
2 x Aura Addressable Strip Header(s)
2 x RGB Header(s)

The RGB headers on the Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming are NOT addressable, they are 12V 4 pin headers.
I have 4 RGB strips (2x2 strip kits) and 1RGB fan frame connected to mine.
They all work with Asus Aura Software.
