Question Are ASUS motherboards still blowing up AMD 3D cpus?

So i just bought a STRIX X670E-A GAMING WIFI and a 7800x3d cpu without realizing this whole asus bios/overbolt thing.
Am i safe or am i screwed? Should i return the motherboard? Are there things i can do protect against this thing? The motherboard's manufacture date is quite recent, doe this save me in any way?

Search info on the web on AGESA 1.0.0.7B that's the latest bios to adress that issue.

I Think it's no longer BETA , but please verify.

There's Already a BIOS Update AGESA 1.0.0.7B at asus to adress that issue.
