Are EVGA 1080ti GPUs really bad or did I get a lemon?

I recently bought a top of the line EVGA 1080 ti FTW3 GPU. It hurt paying all that money but I really wanted good performance. After running HEAVEN I don't know if I got a lower performing card. My temperature was hovering around 70-71 degrees (is that good or bad?)

I'm shocked by my minimum FPS.

My system specs:

* CPU: Intel Core i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz (non OC)
* RAM: 16 GB G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3
* GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti (EVGA FTW3 ICX)

Few other results I found for comparison:

Yes they all have better CPUs but the difference shouldn't be this huge considering my CPU shouldn't bottleneck my GPU this badly.

> My results:

* FPS: 147.1
* Score: 3704
* Min FPS: 9.4
* Max FPS: 286.9

I just ran it myself, those scores he posted are defiantly OCed machines, both CPU and GPU.

HIs score is fine.

Here is my score at stock for the GTX 1080Ti.
