Are ips panels comparable with tn panels in gaming..

Hi guys

I was just surfing through the web for some good monitors and I found reviewers yelling at each other that IPS doesn't fare well against tn in gaming section ...seriously is there such a large performance gap between them...?? 😱

The casual gamer will not likely notice any difference , it's the hardcore professional gamers that rely on precise movement and that being reflected in the display that will notice those differences.
