I'm building my first PC and I don't know if the parts I chose are compatible. I know the processor is bottlenecking the GPU. I don't have anymore money to pay for a better one.

I'm going to overclock the CPU later. I already have a CPU cooler and thermal paste. Are there any parts that aren't compatible? If there's anything better you can find for cheaper or the same price please tell me.

As CTurbo mentioned, the RX480 has known power-draw issues. That should (hopefully) be fixed soon, but I wouldn't recommend picking one up until that's validated.

You're right with your CPU, that'll hold you back. The dual-core element won't hold up for too, too long. Some games point-blank refuse to run on it today.

A ~$400 build is tough, but you can do better. I'd suggest:

The GPU is not on the same level as the 480, but it's still a pretty good GPU.

The PSU is not the best, but on a $400 budget, it's good enough
