Question Are my processor temps/voltage ok?

Specs:
I7 - 9700k (overclocked to 4GHz)
Corsair H100i
ASUS Maximus VI Hero z-390 Motherboard

Question:
I am running my processor at 4 GHz, with a core voltage of 1.092. During a Prime95 stress test(ran for 1 hour), my temperatures get up to about 78c during the 100% load. I just wanted to know if you think these temperatures are good and weather or not the voltage should decrease or not
