Good Budget CPU Cooler so along as your temps dont go higher then 85 then thats fine. Think your CPU will run hotter due to being 3D
They will run up to 90C and stop boosting, might see peaks into 91, but it just wont go higher, it will end up throttling its clock speed and voltage down to maintain 90C or below, thats just how these AMD work and they will be vary aggressive with clock speeds up until that temp or power limit is reached.

It's actually quite difficult to keep these under 80C on even a big air cooler or even a 360 AIO, The cooler you get it the more aggressive it will be of cousre there is power limits so a real water cooling solution would keep under for sure, Its not like the old times anymore. These new CPU, AMD and Intel are much like GPU's now, I don't know why they talk about a base clock anymore, but I guess marketing.

the colder it is, the more productive it is? Should i buy 360 AIO?

To be honest, that Peerless Assassin is about the same performance as a 360mm AIO, its pretty decent cooler. I honestly wouldn't wastes your money on a AIO that wont really do much unless you want you, of course its your money.

But yes, the cooler it is, the longer it will sustain higher clocks, But there is a limit, if you cool it too much, you wont gain anything other than a cooler running CPU as you'd hit a power limit and clock limit, You are better off learning and researching on how to adjust the curve optimizer and fine tuning the EDC, TDC and PPT for best thermal at less power so it will end up boosting higher increasing performance. That's the route I'd go rather than buying an expansive AIO.

Good Luck!

Is performance lost if I use kombo strike on an msi motherboard? Is it the same as curve optimization?
