RAM: G.SKILL TZ/RJ/FX DDR5 6000 C30 2x16GB - 196.4%

if it's not good, how to improve it ?

UserBenchmark isn't for comparing your build's performance per se. But it is good to look if any of the components is underperforming.

For actual benchmarks who's results can be compared with other same hardware;

SSD - CrystalDiskMark, link: https://crystalmark.info/en/software/crystaldiskmark/

Cinebench and Superposition, namely included preset, e.g 1080p Extreme, give you score at the end, which you can then either Google to compare against others, or in Superposition's case, look their leaderboard,

CrystalDiskMark shows SSD read/write speeds, which preferably would be close to the what is advertised by manufacturer.
