Are these compatible?

I'm somewhat of a noobie toward PC building, and I was wondering if these parts that I am considering purchasing were compatible with each other and good enough to run most games that are played today.

SeaSonic S12II 520W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 960 4GB

Those are the two parts, I was also wondering about a new processor; what do you recommend for an affordable, but also good processor?

a core i5 4460 is good and relativly cheap but it is the bottom of the line with no OCing
or if you have extra dollers to spend get a core i5 4770K or 4790K if you are willing to overcolck (Provided that you mother board has a Z97 chipset)
