Question Are these correct speeds for RX 470 Nitro+?

I bought a used Sapphire RX 470 Nitro+ and I whether these( pictures below) speed are corect or if I need to flash original bios?

Use HWINFO for monitoring, do stress tests and check the maximum frequency, modern gpu's lower their clock speeds according to current load, you could easily google the card to give you an idea of its frequencies. i also noticed you're using it on a board with pciex16 1.1(quite old) you're not going to get good performance as i think the link speed is about 2.5gbps as compare to i think 8gbps on pciex16 3.0

+1 on PCIe version. What motherboard do you have?

GPUz can monitor the frequency also (sensors tab). But yes, run something like FurMark and report temps and frequency.
