Question Are these monitors suitable for Color Grading ?

Hello. I will learn color grading and I need to buy a monitor for this. I am from Turkey and my maximum budget is 30,000 TRY. I found ASUS ROG XG27UCS and ASUS ProArt PA279CRV monitors in this budget. Are these monitors suitable for color grading? If not, what do you recommend?

I've worked with the Asus ProArt PA278CGV, and yes it's absolutely amazing if you're going to be doing professional work off of it. The last time I invested on a very capable monitor for professional work, was a Dell U2311H(yes an UltraSharp series Dell).

So, is the ROG XG27UCS suitable for color grading? And is 4K resolution required for this?
