Are these parts good for running a game with high quality?

I've been wanting to build my own PC for a long time, these are the parts I'm planing to start purchasing. I want to be able to play high quality games at a high frame rate. But also I want to keep it cheap and at the same time not completely maxed out. I have a good amount of computer knowledge but I wold like to hear your opinion on my parts. Thanks in advance!
