Are these signs that my CPU is failing, or is it something else?

Everytime i play games, well, i play rust normally... after not even a minute of gameplay, my screen goes black, which forces me to restart my computer...

I have an AMD fx 6300 with a coolermaster X6 attached, i did do some light cleaning behind the fan, but i dont know where the heatsink is, as i am still a rookie..

any help would be amazing.!

Is there any possible way to rule out each failing component? The PSU is a GS 800W Corsair one, and its my latest attachment.... only bought it 1.5-2 years ago.
