Are these specs good enough to run Arma 3 on low settings?

Recently found a computer with this on them, please tell if they are any good and if they will run arma 3 (not at best quality ) System Specification
- Case: Aerocool X-Predator Cube
- Power Supply: 450W Bronze Certified PSU
- CPU: AMD FX-4350 Bulldozer 4.3GHz
- Motherboard: Gigabyte 760G HDMI Motherboard
- RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit - (Options Available to Upgrade)
- Hard Drive: 1TB Hard Drive - (Options Available to Upgrade)
- Graphics Card: Radeon R7 240 2GB
- Sound: Onboard 7.1
- Optical Drive: 24x DVD+/-RW SATA Drive

I would say yes....but barely. I've played on my laptop which is a 2.6Ghz i7 paired with a 555m and it barely runs it. You'll probably be able to run it at about 25-30 fps on low settings.

Granted, this was on a wasteland server. Wasteland servers are not very well optimized.
