Are these temps normal?

40C idle,75-85 while gaming(GTA V)
CPU is I7 4790K.
If they are not normal,what can i do to decrease these temps?

It's a bit on the warm side but nothing to worry about

40C for idle temperature is common also you don't need to worry until your CPU temperature goes above 80C

Well my CPU idle is actually 35 but i didn't realise.
