Good evening!
I've searched the internet for hours and couldn't find an answer that I understood , I am not that tech savy.
The first time i opened my laptop and added the new ram to the already existing kingstone one , then booted laptop without screwing it back up and it worked fine system showed 16GB i shutdown the laptop screwed all the screws back in turned it on and windows wouldn't load , i've spend some time trying all kinds of soultions i found on the internet , even puting my original 1 slot ram back and windows wouldn't load. Removing bios battery made it not recognize any bootable device in uefi only in legacy mode. Rebooted my laptop cople of times in legacy and waited for longer times than 30min each time i tried to boot windows and it eventually worked

I these 2 compatible even if one is samsung and the other kingstone?
