Segotep is definitely not the best, although Luke did list some of them in the B tier range.
Which Segotep do you have? Specific model info needed.

This is very bad thinking when considering PSUs.

The PSU both supplies power to all your components and is your component's first line of defense against power issues.

Some consider that PSU ok, but I don't know anything about that mfg. to make any recommendation, except to say that that PSU would not go in any of my rigs.

Edit - as far as voltages go, load up HWiNFO64 (sensors only, logging on) and get 30 minutes of gaming/work logged. Upload the log file somewhere we can grab it (without logging in) and we'll see how the voltages look.
