i have at the +12v value is 8.880 and the -12v is -3.940 and the +5 is 4.899 i dunno but i think there's something in those readings
my specs are:
cpu i5 2500
ram:6 gigabytes ddr3
vga: gtx 950
hard disk: hitachi 500 gigabytes
psu: 450 watt
os: windows 10 pro x64
motherboard:gigabyte h61

well maybe down to a new real life PSU something solid and at min 550w ? its just now how far you want to go fooling with it or is your time and money better spent on a new more up to date build ? I would think what you got should still be ok not great but run things a bit better then what you describing - lots of guys still run them platforms with a sandy CPU strong today ?

thing is you could change that PSU out to something far better and still be in the same boat then what ? the card ? the motherboard ? the cpu ?? ect... ?

i am not willing to build a new pc anytime soon so ill try changing the psu and see the results that's the only hope for me now
