[SOLVED] Are unused cables safe to leave in back of case

Can I leave unused cables in the back panel of my case, there mainly Sata cables, is it safe ?

Sure is, thats what most people will do.

Maybe depends a little on what you mean. There is no hazard doing this, electrically or otherwise. However, IF you are talking about spare cables that came with your case and are not connected to anything at either end, - just spare junk stuff you don't need - the only small problem is they teak up space and MAY impede free air flow, depending on where they are and where the air flow path is. That could reduce cooling. Otherwise, no worries at all.
