[SOLVED] Are xigmatek X-power power supplies good ?

I have 700w xigmatek X-power PSU and I just want to know if the PSU is reliable and safe to use or if there is any chance that it will damage my PC parts???

I can pay 75$ maximum, local PC sellers in Iraq. It's difficult to buy anything from Amazon and there's no official seller from most of companies.
