I'm waiting for Nervegear to be invented. Part joke, part serious. No matter how good VR stuff looks, you still need a bunch of space for moving around, you have no real physical interaction with objects in the game... I don't know...
It might be a good idea to incorporate body movement as well, like with a 360 sort of treadmill I saw on youtube awhile back. You can actually work on your condition too. Something I know I could use alright... =/
