Question ARGB fans in case

Hello,
Im thinking of buying a new PC, and the case im looking at comes with 3 ARGB fans, and an ARGB fan controller. On the case's website it says "You only need the LED mode button to controll all the addressable LEDs". Am I right to assume this means that I don't need an ARGB port on my motherboard?

In the web site it says also that : sync with led control button support 6 argb fans. So probably yes in the worst case senario u can control the fans with the reset button or a software. I have a case with rgb fans the controller is inside the case and from day one i set it to rainbow pattern i clean the case every month and after 2 years i never bother to change the pattern. My case is coolermaster h500p mesh white.
