Due to the age of the card then it will almost certainly be second hand and so the treatment of the card would be of more concern than the brand to me. I have not heard of that brand before tbh. Where are you located?

Also worth noting that the card also no longer receives driver support as a word of caution

Thanks for the reply. I'm located in Bangladesh. The brand is from South Africa from what it seems, it's not completely a no name though, but in some reputed local stores here they are also selling an RX 580 from a chinese brand called PELADN which has around 2048 "cuda cores?". Also these RX 580's seem to have 2 year warranties within them as well. What is confusing to me is, if they are actually performing to the expectations of an RX 580 card or less because If I spend like $50-60 more I could get myself an RX 6500 XT 4GB, I'm more interested in an RX 580 though as it's cheaper and I can use that money on something else.

From what I read online it’s a legit brand.

The 2048 shader count rx580 were built with excess gpus for cryptomining and a bit slower than the variant with 2344 or something like that shaders.

Still if it’s a new card with warranty it’ll probably work fine though it isn’t the fastest anymore by a long stretch.

@VizzieTheViz there are also other brands like ocpc,unika,NINJA for the 580. I just noticed. if these were used for mining, why will there be warranties? i'm confused abt that
