Artefacts appearing in four different blocks on my screen depending on where I look in-game

Odd artefacts appear at varying frequencies on my screen whenever looking at certain things within 3D games (often character models).

So far I've ruled out that it's not
- My monitor (tested another monitor and it did the same thing)
- My drivers (did a fresh reinstall of my drivers with DDU and it didn't alleviate the problem)
- My DisplayPort cord (I used a different cord when testing the other monitor and it still occurred)

I'm wondering if maybe my GPU is defected in some way as it seems to be the only other part that could cause such an issue? Keen to find help from someone with more knowledge/experience that might be able to shed some light on this

I've uploaded two videos showing the artefacts

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I4Q0fa4tDas&feature=youtu.be

P.S. The GPU benchmarks fine and runs at normal temps

Edit 1: This also tends to only be an issue in some games and not others, e.g. It's very noticeable in Destiny 2 in certain lighting/areas but doesn't occur almost ever in Overwatch

Not to my knowledge, I've never attempted to overclock it since installation nor mess around in the bios
