Hello! I've been trying to update my BIOS files in order to upgrade my CPU to something that can handle some newer games. However, despite downloading the latest BIOS file, and extracting it onto a flash drive, when I restart my computer and follow the instructions https://www.asrock.com/support/BIOSIG.asp?cat=BIOS10 here, it says 'Image File Not Found'. If anyone can help me, that would be really nice.

Is your USB formatted to Fat32, other formats will not work in the bios. For me as well I needed a USB 2.0 flash drive as 3.0 would also not be recognised

What BIOS version are you currently on? What processor are you paired with that motherboard?
I'm currently on P3.70, and I'm currently using an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 CPU. If that's what you meant by processor. I need to update to P4.90, at least. I tried updating to P4.90 and P10.30.

It is in FAT 32, and it appears to be a USB 2.0.

3.7, 4.9 and 10.30 don't even show up on the list of BIOS from the link I'd posted. Did you state the model of your ASRock motherboard correctly? I say ASRock since ASRock is the only motherboard vendor/maker out there that have their BIOS listed in that numbering order/progression.

Please be wary that flashing the wrong BIOS on your board can and will result in it being bricked. You're going to need a CH341A BIOS programmer toolkit to unbrick the board.
