Question AS Rock B450M-HDV not recognizing bios files in instant flash

Hello! I've been trying to update my BIOS files in order to upgrade my CPU to something that can handle some newer games. However, despite downloading the latest BIOS file, and extracting it onto a flash drive, when I restart my computer and follow the instructions https://www.asrock.com/support/BIOSIG.asp?cat=BIOS10 here, it says 'Image File Not Found'. If anyone can help me, that would be really nice.

What BIOS version are you currently on? What processor are you paired with that motherboard?

Is your USB formatted to Fat32, other formats will not work in the bios. For me as well I needed a USB 2.0 flash drive as 3.0 would also not be recognised
